Q: How do I SMS my Shopping list?
A: With Version 1.2 SMS is really easy. On the Shopping list screen, tap SMS button at the bottom of the screen and follow instructions to SMS
Q: After SMS, how do I get back to Mominotes?
A: Now with version 1.2, you never leave Mominotes. Just follow navigation bar at the top to get back to Shopping List screen.
Q: How do I create a recurring event?
A: Tap ‘+’ on the My Days screen to create a new event. Fill in the event details. Select Repeat and then select the duration of the repeat. Tap done and save to create a recurring event.
Q: On the Calendar, how can I see the details for a day?
A: Easy, just tap the day and you will zoom in and see the details. Tap anywhere on the screen again to zoom out and get back to the calendar view.
Q: What do the icons on Event list view represent?
A: These icons provide additional details for the event. Each icon represents presence of a text note, voice note or if the event is part of a recurring series of events
Q: How do I delete something?
A: Throughout Mominotes anything can be deleted through a finger swipe. For all deletes Mominotes will verify with you first before information is deleted permanently. If you are on Events view, a swipe will delete that particular event. On Shopping list a swipe will delete a complete list or an individual item depending on where you are. Same for Todo List and Voice Notes. A swipe deletes an item.
Q: What is the maximum duration of each Voice note?
A: Each Voice note can be up to 30 seconds long.
Q: Can I attach a different Voice note to each day of a recurring event?
A: No. You can attach an Voice note to a recurring event but all events that are part of the series will get the same Voice note.
Q: Can I set an alert for an event or todo item?
A: Not yet, but we are working on this functionality for our upcoming update. Please stay tuned.
Q: Can I synchronize Mominotes with iCal?
A: No, not at this time. We are considering adding synchronization with external calendars in our future releases. Please stay tuned.
